To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Anne Lucy GELICRISIO (previous married names, DYER and AGIUS). I am an Australian Citizen - DOB 12/12/1973 - holding dual nationality and currently living in France, Europe (Paris).
In August 2022, my daughter, Kristen Dyer-Campbell (and her family) came to Paris (75001), to settle a court dispute and challenge the Mental Health Files, held in my name containing fabricated evidence that both the Australian Federal Police and the Australian Department of Child of Protection, compiled in 2010 (resulting to my parenting rights being stripped, and both my children permanently removed from my care - before making my way to Europe, two years later, in 2012, what was intended to be a Holiday Break); the said files were illegaly cross-referenced from Australia to Malta, upon my arrival.
After winning the said court dispute here in Paris, my daughter Kristen Dyer-Campbell, was abducted off the streets in Paris (75001), as she was making her way over to come and pay me a visit for the first time in 12 years, against the instructions of local police who told her upon her arrival "that she can not try to make contact with her mother..."; she has since become a Victim of Crime, raped, drugged and traffikked by force; police protection has failed my daughter and both her children, (All Austrlaian Citizens), who have also become victims of the same crimes, while in the care of the Child Protection and Local Police.
I have been trying to find my family ever since my daughter's abduction, who are all still missing and no word from the police despite putting in a missing person's report (attached); no confirmation from the Australian Embassy either, to tell me that my family may have been found and that they might be OK?
Their Names: Kristen Dyer-Campbell (my daughter) and both her two young children, under the age of four, and my brother, Sergio Gelicrisio.
I have been appointed by the judge, in a follow-up court hearing, as the ("the mother"), THE LEGAL GUARDIAN of my daughter, Kristen Dyer-Campbell and of both her two young children; however, I have been denied the "court documents" and also denied contact with my daughter "Kristen Dyer-Campbell (and both her children)" by police, who were supposed to help me make contact with my family and also check with me (as the Legal Guardian), before making decisions on my daughter's behalf - for travel, treatment and accomodation; both her children, are supposed to be in my care, as their Legal Guardian.
I am unmarried and have no intention of getting married to anyone, that part of my life is over, but I am still Kristen's mother and the grandmother of both her children, who are supposed to be in my care by law and by right. Both the Police and the Department of Child Proteciton, have failed to keep me informed and up to date regarding my daughter's welfare, and therefore, I call on the Australian Embassy, for assistance - via this email reply.
I WANT TO TAKE MY FAMILY HOME TO AUSTRALIA - MY DAUGHTER KRISTEN, HER TWO CHILDREN AND MY BROTHER, SERGIO GELICRISIO.
I have since pursued the Australian Embassy - Paris 75015 - with written communication hand delivered weekly (addressed to: Alan Clarke and C/c - Director-General, Audrey Azoulay; C/c - Mme Valerie Pecresse) for urgent assistance and access to vital resources (telephone and internet/computer use) and to apply for an early release of my Superannuation Funds on the grounds of Hardship, to take my family home - who are listed above; I need to purchase plance fares and accomodation and purchase vital communicaiton resources; however, I've had no response from Alan Clarke. I have made no contact with my family since their arrival and my daughter has asked to make contact with me, her mother, several times - the police telling her she can not.
My Superannuation Funds are held with the Commonwealth Bank in Victoria (39 high Street, Shepparton); an account I opened up in my married name DYER, while I was working for Streamline Supplies and it amounts to over 30,000 AUD.
I am homeless, sleeping at the CDG Internation Airport, each night with nothing to eat and no money, waiting for the Police to return my family; and trying to access the telephone from the Australian Embassy in Paris 75015, each week to apply for an early release of my Superannuation Funds on the Grounds of Hardship - such access has so far failed.
Could you kindly send your reply to this email address? Thank you, for your time and I look forward to your reponse.
Anne Lucy Gelicrisio
