After using the computers at the Paris University Library, Moulins, 75013, I went to Francois Mitterrand Public Library just around the corner and tried to established whether my membership was actually cancelled; because all I wanted from my previous visit, was to cancel my stolen card and order another one, but the staff took it upon themselves to canel my membership, limiting my opportunities to the Paris University Library, Mouline. Today they could not give me an answer either. Furthermore, I have been instructed that if I want another membership with Francois Mitterand Public Library, I am required to collect paperwork from the police in the form of a statement and re-apply, paying the required fees. The difficulty in this, is obviously having NO MONEY. The previous membership was fee free upon producing a police statement that confirmed my homelessness status. THERE WAS NO SOCIAL WORKER REQUIRED.

I AM STILL WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP.

Notation:

Today I received an email, about a court hearing scheduled for today that enforced orders already made by the Judge, in my name giving me both the Estate (Trust Funds) and Guardianship; I won again (as it is my legal entitlement), however, no notices have yet been given to me by Police or Lawyers regarding today’s hearing. The Australian Embassy have not been contacted by me today; yesterday I was not successful in making contact upon presenting myself in person because Mr Allan Clarke, my representative, was away (possibly sick again). Still no changes to my circumstances and my family are still missing.
