Yesterday I entered Bibliothèque de recherche site François-Mitterrand, and requested to renew my membership FEE FREE, as I have an exemption for homelessness having presented a police report upon registration that confirms my status. Asserting my position, I politely explained that I did not request my membership in the my maiden name ANNE GELICRISO (I am the only Anne Gelicrisio in France) to be deleted, but simply entered the Public Library to request a replacement card due to risk of identity fraud after my card was lost/stolen.
The fee was waved and I was once again granted a full membership to use both facilities of the Library - top and bottom floor - there was no fee required; I have not enlisted a social worker, nor an association on my Library file, because I have refused their involvement after being failed by the system. I did however, give reception the followoing links that would explain my position; https://gelicrisio9.wixsite.com/a123-at9/post/access-to-external-users-justification-of-interest-to-ms-christine-clerici
After that, I left to re-enter the Paris University Library, Moulins and then re-entered the Yesterday I entered Bibliothèque de recherche site François-Mitterrand. I DID NOT RECOGNISE ANY POLICE OFFICER KNOWN TO ME FROM THE FIRST DISTRICT OF PARIS IN THE AREA.
Before leaving 75013, to return the the CDG2 (where I sleep each night), I re-entered the Bibliothèque de recherche site François-Mitterrand (as the sun was setting), and made use of the computer at Litrature and Art Section T. After 1 hour I left quietly, however, as I was leaving on my own accord after the internet session had expired (using my remewed card for the first time), the front desk staff, a thin tall man with grey fine short hair going bald, chased me out of the entrance speaking in French, trying to prevent me from leaving. I couldn't understand what he was saying in French and so I continued walking forward heading for the door. Then half way down the hall-way he tried to stand infront of me to block me from leaving and even went as far as to put his hands on me but retrieved them quickly, after I threatened the police to file assault charges should he put his hands on me to prevent me from leaving by force, as I have done no wrong. I spoke in plain English. He heard the word police and followed me to the front door yelling out to me but did not pursue me outside, as that would be against protocal, given I have done no wrong. I ignored him, as by this point I started to feel harrrassed and continued out the door walking normally. If it was urgent, he should have by right, got help from another staff member for translation, as there were staff available at the front door.
